ABOUT US

Let's Make Lunch

A CURIOUS ONE

The Curious Food Group was born from a simple belief that workplace catering should never feel like an afterthought. It should be exciting, creative and genuinely enjoyable. For too long, staff dining has meant tired menus, predictable dishes and spaces people pass through rather than spend time in. We think that deserves a rethink.

We are on a mission to change the culture of eating at work across the UK. That means fresh chef led food, vibrant menus that move with the seasons, and barista quality coffee at the heart of social spaces. It means creating environments where people want to gather, connect and take a break that actually feels like one.

With over 25 years of experience in hospitality, founder Nick Collins brings a depth of knowledge shaped at the very top of the industry. From Michelin recognised kitchens to private households serving ultra high net worth clients, his early career set the standard. That journey went on to include national television, sharing expertise with audiences on the BBC and Channel 5, and building a reputation for doing things differently.

That same mindset runs through everything we do today. Nick has built a carefully selected team of people who share a passion for exceptional hospitality. Not just in how things taste, but in how they feel. Skilled, creative and full of energy, they bring a sense of fun to every space they work in.

The Curious Food Group is proud to be one of the most exciting contract caterers in the UK. We are here to challenge expectations, raise standards and prove that workplace dining can be something people genuinely look forward to.

Living Wage

A Fair Day’s Work Deserves Fair Pay

We are proud to be a Living Wage employer.
Every member of our team is paid fairly for the work they do, as a baseline not a benefit.

We believe great hospitality starts with people who feel valued, respected and supported.
Paying the Living Wage is one of the simplest and most important ways we make that real.

Supporting Our People

Hospitality is a people business, and we take that seriously.
We are proud to support The Burnt Chef Project and the work they do to raise awareness around mental health in our industry.

Kitchens and service environments can be demanding places to build a career, which is why creating a culture of support, openness and respect matters to us.
We want our teams to feel looked after, not just at work, but beyond it.

By backing initiatives like The Burnt Chef Project, we are playing our part in building a healthier, more sustainable future for hospitality.
